Adjustment Plate for Worktop Jig

This patented angle adjustment plate allows non-restricted, continuous adjustment to cut worktop joints to an angle other than 90° - efficiently overcoming the problem of non-square walls. Other techniques for non-square walls are often inaccurate and produce poor joints. This variable angle design has the additional capacity to find and set the angle required, providing consistent, perfectly matched joints. Engineered from durable aluminium for accuracy and longevity this innovative system is designed for use with the Rutlands® premium phenolic worktop jig and will achieve internal angles from 85°- 95°.

Supplied with comprehensive instructions with annotated diagrams this plate is easy to set up and use in conjunction with clear laser-engraved markings on the jig surface. Simply place into the jig slot and tighten with the knob screws from below, the plate can then be adjusted to easily change the angle of the male joint.
